What makes The Higher Standards different.
The Higher Standards bring original music and good vibes from St. Petersburg, Florida. Formed in 2022, the trio features Curtis Allen Woodard on lead vocals and guitar, Patrick Dunwoody on bass, and Bobby Melander on drums. Since coming together, they’ve been playing stages up and down the coast and writing songs that capture the spirit of life by the beach. Their debut single, “Feels Like Paradise,” arrived on December 20, 2024, with more music on the way. Follow along for fresh tunes, upcoming shows, and a little piece of paradise.
