Cliff BrownCo-Founder · Grammy-Winning Producer · Creative Director
Grammy-winning music producer Cliff Brown brings decades of high-level music, entertainment, and live-event experience to The Music Bureau. His credits include platinum and gold records with artists such as Usher, 112, Keyshia Cole, G-Unit, and Buddy Guy, along with a Warner Chappell publishing deal and a Grammy Award for his work connected to Mary J. Blige’s The Breakthrough, winner of R&B Album of the Year.
Beyond the studio, Cliff is a seasoned performer, bandleader, DJ, and entertainment director who has shared stages and event bills with major artists including Usher, Maroon 5, The Black Keys, Kenny Chesney, Dustin Lynch, and Luke Bryan. As co-owner of Crown Entertainment alongside his wife, Crystal, Cliff has helped lead entertainment, production, and event experiences for weddings, corporate clients, hospitality groups, and Fortune 500 companies throughout the Southeast.

Aaron LeSageCo-Founder · CEO · Brand & Entertainment Strategist
Aaron LeSage began his career as a DJ in Ocala, Florida before earning a Recording Engineering degree from Full Sail University. His early career included competitive internships with Disney’s Music Department and MTV in New York, followed by roles at Goldcrest Studios and Napoleon Sound, where he developed relationships across music, production, and entertainment.
After returning to Florida, Aaron became the official Tampa Bay Lightning DJ for three seasons and held residencies at Blue Martini, AJA, Drynk, Hard Rock Casino, and The Lodge. He also co-founded Ol’ Dirty Sundays at Crowbar in Ybor City, became a partner at FWDthinkers, and co-founded Within Marketing, where the philosophy of building brands “from the inside out” continues to shape his approach to entertainment, marketing, and client experience.

Taylor FlomPartner · Client Relations & Business Development
Taylor Flom is a fourth-generation Tampanian with a diverse professional background spanning sales, logistics, real estate, and business development. With deep roots in the Tampa Bay community and a lifelong passion for music, Taylor brings a relationship-driven approach to The Music Bureau’s client and artist partnerships.
Taylor has played key roles in growing businesses, leading sales teams, and supporting event operations throughout the region. His connection to Tampa’s local music scene, combined with his experience in artist support, logistics, and creative problem-solving, makes him an important part of TMB’s growth and day-to-day client experience.

Chris PaolellaEvent Producer · Festival Director
Chris Paolella began his music career in Tallahassee in 2007 while studying business, first promoting for local clubs before producing and hosting his own events. As manager of Shabooms Bus, he helped build a Tallahassee party-bus staple that later expanded to Gainesville and became part of the FSU parade scene.
In 2018, Chris launched OnTapMusic and produced the first Brainquility Music Festival in Safety Harbor, later relocating the festival to Suwannee Music Park. His productions have featured nationally recognized acts including Beats Antique, Lettuce, Lotus, Boombox, and Manic Focus. Today, Chris brings his large-scale production, festival, and corporate event experience to TMB, helping shape memorable live music and event experiences.

Chris ChauOperations Manager · Live Performance & Event Production
Born and raised in Central Florida, Chris Chau brings a strong blend of musical ability, production experience, and operational leadership to The Music Bureau. A graduate of Southeastern University with a degree in Organizational Leadership and a minor in Music, Chris combines creative instincts with the structure and discipline needed to execute events well.
Chris spent years as a bassist for SEU Worship and currently performs with Grace City Music, with touring and recording experience across more than nine albums. He also works as a wedding DJ and production lead with Crown Entertainment, giving him hands-on experience managing live events, reading a room, supporting artists, and ensuring each performance runs smoothly from setup to final song.
